Impersonate other vendors or users.
Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or offensive activities.
4. Payment and Fees
Certain platform features may require payment. Fees are as described on the platform.
Vendors agree to provide accurate payment information and pay all fees on time.
Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of vendor accounts.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of their content but grant Siafinfoweb a license to display and use the content for platform operation.
Vendors must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Data Privacy and Compliance
Vendors must ensure customer data is collected, stored, and used in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Vendors are responsible for securing any sensitive customer information obtained via the platform.
7. Platform Modifications and Termination
Siafinfoweb may update, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion.
Vendors may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
Siafinfoweb is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
